Introduction
Bluetooth Marketing is a new way of attracting and retaining customers. It allows you, the retailer, to send multimedia content to the mobile phones of customers easily and with no cellular costs. It does this by looking for near-by Bluetooth enabled phones. When it finds a phone, it sends a message via bluetooth (with no phone costs) to the phone asking a question like "Receive a message from 'Flowers by Rose'". The phone may beep and alert the owner about the message. The user can accept the message in which case the phone is sent your file immediately (and again for free). If they choose to "Decline", that phone won't be targeted again until the campaign is changed.
